Teddi Mellencamp shares ‘the actual truth’ about Kyle Richards’ eviction lawsuit against sister Kim

Teddi Mellencamp shared the “actual truth” about Kyle Richards’ eviction lawsuit against her sister Kim Richards.

“So the actual truth is, yes, they did say you need to get help if you want us to keep paying for you,” the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star said on her and Tamra Judge’s “Two Ts In A Pod” podcast Wednesday.

Mellencamp said she believes Kyle “supports Kim financially” and that that has been the deal since the Bravo reality show’s first season in 2010.

“I remember the big fight between them when Kyle said, ‘Mauricio [Umansky] has been taking care of you for …’ Kyle has [a] good heart and will always end up saying yes,” she claimed.

“But this is from a really long time ago. It’s not even where she lives now. It’s not even the same location.”

Mellencamp, 44, said Kim vacated the property once the lawsuit was filed.

“It’s like, you filed it in court, like eviction, yeah, like and then she but then she left,” she shared. “So that’s the end of it.”

The podcast host then gave an update on Kim, saying she had “gotten better” since the eviction.

“I mean, Kim is still well taken care of, like, come on,” she shared.

Last weekend, news surfaced that Kyle, 57, had filed a lawsuit in January 2025 to have her sister Kim, 61, kicked out of her Los Angeles condo.

The “Halloween Ends” actress claimed Kim had been living in her two-bedroom Encino, California, home for years. However, Kyle claimed she asked her big sis to leave the residence in late 2024.

Because Kim allegedly never responded to the initial lawsuit, a default judgment was entered in March 2025, ordering the “Tuff Turf” star to surrender the property.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office tried to serve Kim with the judgment; however, she had already vacated the property.

The former child actress stepped back as a full-time housewife due to personal struggles after Season 5, but has appeared in subsequent seasons.

In 2024, Kim was reportedly placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold following a substance abuse relapse.
