Superman & Lois has discovered a brand new superhero.
Michael Bishop will play the position of Jonathan Kent, one of many teen sons of Clark Kent/Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) and Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) in The CW’s superhero present, the community confirmed to E! Information. Bishop, an Australian actor, not too long ago made his American movie debut enjoying the lead position of DJ Maz within the Disney Channel’s movie Spin.
The position of Jonathan was beforehand performed by Jordan Elsass, who Warner Bros. Tv introduced was leaving the present in Aug. 2022 because of private causes.
“Jordan Elsass has notified the Studio that he won’t be returning to Superman & Lois for season three because of private causes,” the studio stated in an Aug. 17 assertion. “The position of Jonathan Kent can be recast.”
Bishop excitedly responded to the casting information on Instagram, reposting Deadline’s announcement together with a photograph of himself at 4 years outdated in a Superman costume.
