The last video of late child star Kianna Underwood is heartbreaking.

Underwood — who died Friday in a hit-and-run accident at the age of 33 — was recorded at night on the streets of New York, seemingly in 2021.

She confirmed to the man filming that she was “Kianna Underwood from ‘All That’ on Nickelodeon,” which was followed by mumbles.

When the man asked what show she’s currently on, she pulled at her hair and repeated, “The show I am on is ‘All That’ on Nickelodeon.”

The man also mentioned her role in “Little Bill” before asking, “Where you at right now? You in New York, right?”

She replied, “Yes, of course,” and then walked away.

In the footage, Underwood was missing at least one tooth. She was wearing was looked like pajamas and was carrying what looked like a mangled black bag.

“Look how life can turn out,” was written atop the video, as the caption read in part, “Heart hurts for her.”

Underwood was on “All That” — Nickelodeon’s iconic sketch comedy show starring child and teen actors — in Season 10, which aired in 2005.

Prior to that, she had a voiceover role in Bill Cosby’s animated series “Little Bill,” which ran from 1999 to 2004.
