New details have emerged about Teddi Mellencamp and Edwin Arroyave‘s split.
After the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum filed for divorce from her husband of 13 years on Nov. 1, citing “irreconcilable differences” and asking for spousal support, Arroyave has filed his response.
In the Nov. 8 filing, obtained by Us Weekly, the 47-year-old asked that the couple’s prenup be enforced, requesting that “all assets, income from all sources, and obligations of each party are his/her separate property, except as specifically set forth therein.”
The doc noted, “The full nature and extent of [Arroyave’s] separate property is not fully known to [Arroyave] at this time. [Arroyave] will amend this Response and/or file and/or serve appropriate further pleadings to set forth any additional information at a later time as more information becomes available to him.”
He also listed their separation date as Nov. 1, while Mellencamp had Oct. 20 as the date of their breakup in her filing. And while she asked for primary custody of their children Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 4—with Arroyave having visitation rights—he asked for joint legal and physical custody.
