For the Laguna Beach alum, this includes building more muscle. Kristin said she works out four to five days a week, including exercising with a trainer once a week and then lifting weights on her own the other days.
“I think with the gym, it’s consistency,” she said. “It’s just showing up for yourself. And listen, if I’m really busy and I only work out two to three times a week, fine. I used to get mad at myself, and I would feel guilty and it was just like, ugh, a really horrible way of living. Where now, I’m like, ‘OK, I just needed a little bit more rest this week.’ I actually think rest is just as important, too.”
