Kristin Cavallari calls out married men who ‘like’ her photos

Kristin Cavallari has nothing but disdain for married men who make a habit of covertly “liking” her Instagram Stories posts — but refrain from following her.

The Uncommon James designer told listeners on Tuesday’s episode of her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast that she finds it “disrespectful” when “trash” married men seemingly keep their “likes” off the radar while constantly attempting to get her attention.

“Here’s what I’ll tell you from my own personal experience,” the reality star began.

“The guys we really need to be careful of, ladies, are the married men who are liking every f—ing [Instagram] Story, but not liking a feed post,” she shared. “I have those men constantly, constantly. And those guys are trash.”

Cavallari stated that “a lot of them are athletes” and they “don’t follow [her].”

“But they’re verified and I see a lot of the verified activity,” she added, insinuating that they are public figures. “These guys are married.”

One in particular, she shared, “has his wife in his f–king profile picture.”

The “Laguna Beach” alum, 39 — who is known to share skin-baring bikini snaps to her social media account — shared that one particular Instagram user “likes every single story I post [but] doesn’t follow me, doesn’t like my feed posts.”

“I’m like, the only reason you’re doing that is to try and get my attention and to me, you’re a f–king scumbag. I wish I could just call these people out or DM the wife and be like, ‘Here’s the activity that your husband is doing. Look at all these likes.’ You’re trash!”

The mom of three also shared that while she sees the indiscretion as a “bit of a red flag,” she recognizes the prevalence of “hot women” on social media.

“We can’t have our men be living under a rock,” she said, noting that men will be “inundated” with such content “on a daily basis.”

“It’s just the world that we’re living in,” she explained. “And I think if you try to control your man, like ‘You can’t follow her,’ he’s gonna want to do it 10 times more than he wanted to.”

She encouraged listeners to “let the man follow some hot girls” and “get it out of his system.”

Cavallari was famously married to NFL alum Jay Cutler, 52, from 2013 to 2022. They share three children. Following their separation in 2020, Cavallari dated TikTok star Mark Estes, 26, for seven months in 2024.

In November 2024, the TV personality divulged how she now views dating. “I do feel like I have sort of [a] guy mentality, and that’s why I’ve always kind of understood this game to a degree,” she said at the time during a “Let’s Be Honest” episode.

“I think for a long time I was so afraid of getting my heart broken, but then I became the heartbreaker,” she said. “I think it’s just a combination of things. I also, I just have masculine energy when it comes to this stuff.”
