As Gabby and accomplice Maksim Chmerkovskiy ready their waltz routine to Des’ree‘s “I Am Kissing You,” the Bachelorette star—whose breakup from fiancé Erich Schwer was revealed Nov. 4—defined why it meant a lot to her.
“For me, it holds a particular place as a result of I did simply undergo a breakup,” Gabby mentioned. “The top of our relationship occurred as a result of we weren’t fully in step and in sync with one another on our widespread objectives or simply the way in which we method life. We weren’t one another’s greatest match.”
Whereas dancing by means of an admittedly tough time, Gabby pointed to the optimistic function fashions in her life as inspiration, telling Maksim, “I am simply so grateful that my dad and my stepmom embody so many fundamentals and values that I search for in a relationship.”
