Bella Hadid is back.
The model — who hasn’t hit a runway since the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in October — made a triumphant return to the catwalk Thursday at Milan Fashion Week.
She walked in her first-ever Prada fashion show, starring in the fall 2026 collection in not one but four looks over the course of the show.
With a dramatic smokey eye and blond hair pulled away from her face, Hadid’s four looks were actually a blink-and-you-might-miss-it masterclass in layering.
Hadid first emerged in a sheer navy skirt and oversized chore jacket, accessorized with embellished knee-high socks and kitten heels.
Her second outing, sans jacket, revealed that the sheer skirt was actually an organza trench, topping a white shift dress that you could just barely make out underneath. She grabbed a navy top-handle bag for the look in question.
Thirdly, removing the trench and swapping her navy bag for the same style in bright green, Hadid showed off the printed white poplin shift dress that had been covered up until then.
And, for a final twist, the model’s last walk of the show was in long shorts and a knit tank.
Designers Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons chose to cast 15 models for the show, all re-emerging with one less layer four separate times, for a total of 60 runway moments.
Hadid has been easing her way back into the modeling industry amid her Lyme disease battle.
She sparked concern when she looked like she was “struggling” at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show last year, but later revealed that her difficulty walking was due to the oversized wings weighing a whopping 50 pounds.
In September 2024, fans were pleasantly surprised when she made her epic return to the high-fashion runway for Saint Laurent after an extended absence while focusing on her health.
