On Sept. 30, the former Actual Housewives of Orange County star shared a throwback video on her Instagram Tales of her present process a post-op examination, giving followers a glimpse into her surgical expertise. Within the clip, filmed seven days after her rhinoplasty, Meghan will get a bandage taken off her nostril—what she referred to as the “massive reveal”—and sees her new face for the primary time.
In a follow-up video, Meghan, 38, admitted she was initially “surprised” by what she noticed, saying she thought her nostril seemed wider than it was earlier than the process. “I wasn’t ready for the way a lot swelling there could be,” she stated. “I had a vasovagal response.
