On the time of Banes’ demise, her supervisor David Williams issued an announcement to NBC Information, saying that Banes’ household and buddies had been “heartsick over Lisa’s tragic and mindless passing.”
“She was a girl of nice spirit, kindness and generosity and devoted to her work, whether or not on stage or in entrance of a digicam and much more so to her spouse, household and buddies,” Williams mentioned. “We had been blessed to have had her in our lives.”
The prolific actress, who studied appearing at Juilliard, had appeared in Broadway productions similar to Excessive Society, Rumors, Accent on Youth and Current Laughter. On tv, she had recurring roles on reveals like Six Ft Underneath, Royal Pains and Nashville, in addition to starred in movies similar to Freedom Writers and A Remedy For Wellness. Banes is survived by her spouse Kathryn Kranhold.
