That’s his baby, she’s iconic.
Justin Bieber performed at the 2026 Grammy Awards wearing nothing but boxers and socks, showing off extensive body art including a new back tattoo.
Eagle-eyed fans were quick to spot the fresh ink, with many pointing out that it bears striking resemblance to his wife, Hailey Bieber.
“Has justin tattooed a portrait of hailey onto his back???,” one X user wrote, while more pointed out the image appears to be a specific shot from the Rhode founder’s 2020 Elle cover shoot.
While the pop star’s amassed quite the tattoo collection over the years — and first started inking himself on his 16th birthday — he’s previously said that he was saving his back for something special.
“My back is still pretty open,” he explained in his “Justin Bieber: Next Chapter” documentary. “I don’t have kids yet, so I’m thinking of getting their portraits on my back.”
It’s not the first time the “Baby” singer has inked his love to the model; In April 2026, he debuted a wrist tat that appeared to read “H22” on an Instagram livestream. (Hailey’s birthday is on November 22, and their son, Jack Blues, was born on August 22, 2024.)
The couple also has matching peach tattoos, in honor of his song, “Peaches.” Meanwhile, the model has multiple designs dedicated to her hubby, including a “J” on her left ring finger.
All of the star’s ink was on full display during his first Grammys performance in four years, as he left little to the imagination in crystal-covered underwear from his Skykrk brand.
“One wrong move we would’ve had to put the show on Only Fans; that was brave,” host Trevor Noah joked.
While Bieber’s acoustic performance of “Yukon” was stripped down in more ways than one, he looked polished on the red carpet in a black oversized Balenciaga suit and a Lorraine Schwartz necklace featuring 100 carats of diamonds.
Hailey matched in a strapless black Alaïa dress, in addition to several Schwartz-designed diamond accessories of her own.
It’s a big year for Bieber, as he’s also headlining Coachella — a major career decision he’s said his wife was the “driving force” behind.
It seems she has his back in more ways than one.
