Why Peta Murgatroyd, Maks Chmerkovskiy Call ‘Dancing With the Stars’ a Popularity Contest
Ezra Sosa is still finding his rhythm.
The Dancing With the Stars pro got vulnerable in a TikTok on Jan. 23, sharing that he had a “breakdown” during the tour’s opening show in Akron, Ohio the night before.
Posting a video of himself shaking his head and putting his face in his palm, Ezra, 25, wrote, “having a breakdown during intermission because I kept messing up our first show on tour.”
The professional dancer—who was most recently partnered with Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles during season 34—took accountability for his mishap, writing in the caption of the clip, “im genuinely so upset with myself, ill be better for you guys.”
His followers were nothing but supportive as they sent messages of encouragement in response to his video. “EZRA!! Stop this madnesss!!! You are the best dancer up there,” wrote one fan, while another added, “Ezraaaa you are the reason a whole new generation of people are even watching this show. You are so talented and funny as hell babe. You’ve got it all.”
