Princess Kate Middleton’s three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, added their own personalized touch to their mom’s annual Christmas carol service this year.
The royal kids were photographed taking part in Friday night’s holiday festivities as event goers decorated the Christmas tree outside Westminster Abbey.
The big décor piece was accessorized with a long red paper chain filled with messages and names — which George, 12, Charlotte, 10, and Louis, 7, added their names to.
Photos showed their parents, Prince William and Middleton, both 43, watching on as their little ones participated in the activity.
The Prince of Wales and his family wore a matching color scheme as he and his boys sported navy blue suits and white shirts for the occasion. Charlotte, on the other hand, sported a navy blue dress with a white collar.
George completed his look with a forest green tie, matching his mother’s coat dress. Louis’ tie featured both green and blue.
The Waleses were joined by Kate’s parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, her brother, James Middleton, and her sister-in-law, Alizée Thevenet, for the event, as well as other royal family members.
Princess Margaret’s daughter, Lady Sarah Chatto, made an appearance along with Zara Tindall and her husband, Mike Tindall, Lord Frederick Windsor and his wife, Sophie Winkelman, and their daughters, Maud, 12, and Isabella, 9.
This year’s celebrity guests included Eugene Levy, Hannah Waddingham, Dame Mary Berry, Kate Winslet, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Dan Smith.
Princess Eugenie and her sister Princess Beatrice were notably not in attendance on Friday night after the pair politely declined Kate’s personal invitation to join the family.
The two sisters have maintained a low profile in recent weeks after their father, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, had his royal titles stripped by King Charles III in October.
Though the siblings were able to keep their royal status, they quietly jetted out of the UK shortly after the announcement. Eugenie and Beatrice were eventually spotted back in the UK together in early November.
