Dylan O’Brien was ready to go go when it came to discussing Sabrina Carpenter’s new song.
The Teen Wolf alum responded to speculation that the Grammy winner subtly referenced him in the song “Go Go Juice,” off her new album Man’s Best Friend.
“I’m just drinking to call someone / Ain’t nobody’s safe when I’m a little bit drunk,” she sings in the track. “Could be John or Larry, gosh, who’s to say? / Or the one that rhymes with villain / if I’m feelin’ that way.”
As for Dylan, he was out of the loop on the supposed mention.
“Well, I wasn’t aware,” the Twinless star admitted during a Sept. 9 appearance on Watch What Happens Live. “Oh, and my name rhymes with villain.”
He wasn’t sure he is the person in question, either, adding, “Well, she’s never drunk dialed me.”
However, the 34-year-old conceded host Andy Cohen’s point that perhaps Sabrina called, but he didn’t pick up the phone.
